PSSF hosts Uganda’s Ministry of Public Service for a Benchmark

PSSF hosted a delegation from the Ministry of Public Service, Uganda for a knowledge sharing session.  

The engagement focused on Kenya’s pension history, reforms, and human resource practices, offering valuable insights into benefits administration, communication, and pension fund management.  

The visit is part of Uganda’s wider public sector reform agenda as it prepares to operationalize the Public Service Pension Fund (PSPF) from FY 2026/2027. The Ugandan delegation was led by Ms Allen Kakama - a Commissioner in Uganda's Ministry of Public Service.
