Members sensitized on pension reforms in the country
We conducted member engagement activities in Nairobi County. The engagements seek to sensitise members on pension reforms in the country , educating them on the operational framework of the Fund, access to member information and benefits offered by the Scheme.
Members can access their statements through the member portal www.members.psss.or.ke or via USSD *378#. Members who have not updated their beneficiary details are encouraged to do so by downloading and filling the Member Beneficiaries Form available on our website www.psss.go.ke
The sensitization is handled jointly with the Fund Administrator CPFKenya
